Jia Yi is a law graduate from the University of Nottingham (UK) with an interest in migration. In her legal practice, she supported foreign clients and was exposed to migration-related matters, which sparked her interest in relocation advisory.
Drawing on her legal background and practical experience, she now focuses on the MM2H programme, supporting clients with documentation, regulatory compliance, and the practical aspects of relocating to Malaysia.

Cynthia Lim is a licensed MM2H agent recognized by MOTAC. In partnership with the HHQ legal team and Andersen Malaysia tax team, she provides personalized guidance and holistic solutions to aspired individuals who are interested to make Malaysia a Second Home.
Prior to establishing her MM2H practice, Cynthia gained extensive regional healthcare marketing experience across the Asia Pacific region. Grounded in evidence-based medicine (EBM) practice, she worked closely with renowned clinicians in the region to drive innovative healthcare solutions that improves patient care and quality of healing.
Similarly, in MM2H applications, Cynthia works closely with the HHQ legal team and Andersen Malaysia, she provides professional, verified information to support clients making well-informed decisions. She will gather each client’s relevant background information and build a strong case to enhance the application’s success rate.
“No home is better than Malaysia”, is her realization after visiting and working in many parts of the world. Malaysia is one of the best places on earth to LIVE, GROW and THRIVE. She will guide every client through the process and support them every step of the way, safely to their second home- Malaysia.
